MEM is an independent academic program that belongs to both the School of Engineering and the School of Business. The students majoring in MEM graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree conferred by both the School of Engineering and the School of Business.

Forms

International Students Internship Form: An undergraduate international student requesting an internship will need to apply with this form and it must be approved by the Co-Directors of the MEM Program. The student will prepare this form with the instructor, and submit it electronically to the Co-Directors of the MEM Program. Once the syllabus is approved by the Co-Directors of the MEM program, the student can register for MEM 3281.

MEM Independent Study Request Form (MEM 3299): An undergraduate student requesting an independent study (MEM 3299- Problems in MEM) will need to apply with all required forms and materials to obtain approval prior to the commencement of the independent study which is no later than the last day of adding/dropping courses without additional signatures. The student will prepare this form with the instructor of the independent study, and submit it along with the University’s independent study form electronically to the Co-Directors of the MEM Program.
